Fran Rabinowitz Named CCA Champion of Children

Fran Rabinowitz, a former interim Bridgeport schools superintendent and now executive director of the Connecticut Association of Public School Superintendents, is among two recipients of this year’s Champion of Children awards given by the Center for Children’s Advocacy.

Also receiving the award is Abdul-Rahmaan I. Muhammad, executive director of My People Clinical Services.
