The Center’s annual Utility Clinic at
Connecticut Children’s Medical Center is
April 23, 2019 from 1pm – 4pm.
The clinic serves low-income families who have difficulty meeting utility bills.
Volunteer attorneys assist with budget counseling, and help families meet on-site with
staff from area utility companies to help set up payment plans that keep the power on.
Additional family support services will be available on site.
