A recent documentary by Connecticut Public Television highlighted debates around the state on juvenile justice issues, as well as some ideas on reforming the system. This documentary featured interviews with CCA Racial Justice Project Attorney LeeAnn Neal, CCA Restoriative Justice & SpeakUp Coordinator LaToya Fernandez, and youth organizers from CCA’s SpeakUp Youth group.
