CCA Attorney Bonnie Roswig to Receive CPES’ Distinguished Professional Service Award

Bonnie Roswig, Center for Children’s Advocacy attorney and Director of the Center’s MLP Disability Rights Project, has been chosen to receive the 2021 Distinguished Professional Service Award from the Connecticut Power & Energy Society.

Attorney Roswig has been a strong advocate for protecting families with limited incomes from having their heat and electricity shut off during COVID-19. Based on those efforts, Connecticut families have increased protection from utility shut-offs this winter, as well as new options for affordable payment plans.
