CCA’s Special Immigrant Juvenile Status Pro Bono Project trains pro bono attorneys and coordinates their representation of abused, abandoned and neglected immigrant children and youth who are seeking SIJS findings in state probate court. This representation on is a critical first step to help these youth obtain permanent immigration status and remain safely in the United States.
